Make a team and Kanplot gives you a short code. Anyone who types it in is on the board. No email invitations, no roles to set up.

Notes change colour as they move along. Give one a deadline and it flags itself urgent the day before. Tick it to finish. Set a limit on a column and the board tells you when you're doing too much at once.

Questions people ask.
Is Kanplot really free?
Yes. It's a small tool made by one person and runs on free infrastructure. If that ever has to change, existing boards will keep working and you'll hear about it well in advance.
Do my teammates need an account?
Yes, a quick one: a Google sign-in or an email and password. That's what lets the board show who did what and keep it private to your team.
How is this different from Trello or monday.com?
It's smaller on purpose. There's a board, notes, columns and your team, and that's all. Nothing to configure, no automations, no upgrade prompts. If you've ever used sticky notes on a wall and wished the wall came with you, that's the idea.
Where is my data stored?
On Google Firebase, protected by rules that only let members of your team read or write your boards. Every board has a Backup button so you can keep your own copy too.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The board scrolls sideways on small screens, and you can add Kanplot to your home screen so it opens like an app and works offline until you're back online.
