How to use this board

The extra Review column is the point of this board: nothing moves to Shipped until someone other than the person who did it has looked at it. Set a work-in-progress limit of two or three on In progress (click the column's number) so the team finishes things instead of starting more.

Flag anything that blocks launch day as urgent, and put a deadline on the launch post so it goes red the day before. Export the deadlines to your calendar with the 📅 button on a note.

Copying it

Open Kanplot, make a project, click Create custom and name the columns as above: To do → In progress → Review → Shipped. Pick the same colours if you like. Then add your own notes and share the team code.

Two minutes to set up, and everyone on the team sees the same board from then on.
