A weekly household board with a name on every note and the admin lock on.
Try it: drag a note or press → on it. This one isn't saved anywhere.
Three columns is enough: This week, Doing, Done. On Sunday evening an adult moves everything from Done back to This week, or adds new notes for the week ahead. Put a name on every note so nobody can claim it was someone else's.
Turn on the admin lock so chores can't be deleted, only completed. If you want to reward finished chores, the Done column count at the end of the week is the score.
Tip: give the unpopular jobs a deadline. A note that turns red on its own is more persuasive than a parent saying so.
Open Kanplot, make a project, click Create custom and name the columns as above: This week → Doing → Done. Pick the same colours if you like. Then add your own notes and share the team code.
Two minutes to set up, and everyone on the team sees the same board from then on.
